This Privacy Policy describes how AYO Studios ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game AYO Mancala (the "Game"). AYO Studios is operated by Adolfo Manuel Aguilera Luna, located at C. Florencia 1, Elda 03600, Spain.

By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Information we collect

The Game is a single-player experience and stores most data locally on your device.

Stored on your device

The following is saved on your device using local storage and does not leave it:

• Game progress, including levels, experience points (XP), and achievements
• In-game currency balances and owned cosmetic items
• Daily mission and puzzle progress
• Season Pass progress
• Game settings and preferences
• Your chosen player name, entered by you within the Game

Processed by third parties

• Advertising. The Game displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and information about your interaction with ads, in order to serve, measure, and limit the frequency of advertising. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before personalized advertising is used, and you can choose non-personalized ads instead.
• In-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Google processes payment information under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics. We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand in aggregate how the Game is used and to improve it. This collects anonymized usage events and device information such as device model, operating system version, and country.
• Cloud save and achievements. Not currently enabled. If you sign in to Google Play Games Services in a future version, your progress may be synchronized to your Google account so you can restore it across devices. We will update this policy before that happens.

2. How we use information

• Save and restore your game progress
• Provide in-game features such as missions, puzzles, achievements, and the Season Pass
• Process in-app purchases
• Display and measure advertising
• Understand how the Game is used, and improve its performance, balance, and content

3. Your advertising choices

You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your Android settings, under Settings → Google → Ads. From there you can also opt out of ad personalization across apps. If you are in a region where consent is required, you can change your advertising choices at any time from within the Game's settings.

4. Children's privacy

AYO Mancala is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that violates applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us operate the Game — principally Google, for advertising (AdMob), in-app purchases (Google Play Billing), and analytics (Firebase). These parties process information according to their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention

Information stored locally on your device remains until you delete the Game or clear its data. Information processed by third parties such as Google is retained according to their respective policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Because most data is stored locally, you can remove it at any time by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling the Game. For data held by Google, please refer to their privacy controls. To exercise any right regarding information we control, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected in the Game's store listing and Data Safety section.
